While happy to work across sectors, Chris has particular expertise in technical sales, pharmaceutical and medical agencies, SaaS, AI, and consumer goods. Outside of work, he balances multiple hobbies and produces music under his band name, CymphoniK.

12-month protection on all hires

At Brand Recruitment, our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with all our customers, and that’s why we offer our market-leading 12-month protection across all of our services.

Our ideal relationship is one where you feel supported until you have a long-term employee, and we’ll be available at all times to support you fairly should anything not go how it’s planned. If something does go wrong, all situations are always viewed on their individual circumstance, and we will always consider doing more than the standard offerings where we deem it a fair solution.

Contingency

All contingency work comes with both a standard rebate period, a free replacement period and a reduced recruitment period, giving our customers peace of mind across the initial 12 months from the first day of employment.

Retained

All retained hires have a rebate period across their entire first year of employment and a 3-month free replacement option.

What do you mean by ‘Retained Results regardless of role’?
